About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and iMatch Connect FZE LLC, the operator of iPresent (“iPresent”, “we”, “us”), for your use of the website at ipresent.ae and the iPresent app at app.ipresent.ae. By creating an account or using iPresent, you agree to them. If you use iPresent for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The service

iPresent is a tool for property brokers. You can search off-plan property projects, build branded presentations for your clients, and share them by link and as PDF. People you send a link to can view the presentation without an account. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use iPresent for your work.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, including your name and mobile number, and keep it up to date.
• An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details secure and don’t share them.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Subscriptions and billing

• Using the app needs a paid subscription, unless we give you access free of charge. The price, and any free trial, is shown before you subscribe. Taxes may apply.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• If a payment fails and isn’t resolved, your access and your share links are paused until it is.
• We may change prices. We’ll tell you in advance, and a new price applies from your next billing period.

Your content

• You own the content you create and upload: your presentations and notes, your brand profile, your logo and any other files.
• You allow us to store, process and display that content as needed to run iPresent for you. For example, we show your presentations, brand and chosen contact details to anyone you send a share link to, and we make PDFs from them.
• You are responsible for your content. You must have the right to use it, including permission to share any details about your clients that you enter.
• Anyone who has a share link can open it. You can set an expiry on a link and turn it off at any time.

Project information

Project information in iPresent, such as descriptions, photos, floor plans, prices, availability, payment plans and handover dates, comes from developers and other third-party sources. It is provided for information only and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Scores, rankings and budget figures are estimates to help compare projects. None of it is an offer, or financial, legal or investment advice.

We give no warranty that project information is accurate or complete. Check the details with the developer before you or your clients rely on them. You are responsible for what you tell your clients. Developers’ names, logos, photos and documents belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

When you use iPresent, don’t:

• break any law or rule that applies to you, including rules on property advertising;
• mislead your clients, for example about a project, its price or availability, or about who you are;
• upload content you don’t have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, harmful or offensive;
• access other people’s accounts or data, or try to get around security or access limits;
• copy, scrape or resell project information from iPresent, or use it to build a competing product;
• interfere with iPresent, for example by overloading it, probing it for weaknesses or uploading malware.

Suspension and termination

• You can stop using iPresent at any time, cancel your subscription, and ask us to delete your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts iPresent, our users or the public at risk. Where it is reasonable, we’ll tell you first. A suspended account can’t sign in, and its share links are paused.
• When an account is closed, the right to use iPresent ends, and we delete its content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our service and intellectual property

We work to keep iPresent running well, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Sign-in with Google, payments through Stripe and the maps are provided by third parties under their own terms.

iPresent’s software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. While you follow these terms, you may use iPresent for your work. You may not copy, modify or resell it.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, commissions, deals, business or data, including losses from decisions made using project information. Our total liability for any claim about iPresent is limited to the amount you paid us for iPresent in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using iPresent after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
