Who we are
iPresent is operated by iMatch Connect FZE LLC (“iPresent”, “we”, “us”), which runs the website at ipresent.ae and the iPresent app at app.ipresent.ae. This policy explains what information we collect when you use them, what we do with it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at [email protected].
What iPresent does
iPresent is a tool for property brokers. Brokers search off-plan property projects, build branded presentations for their clients, and share them by link and as PDF. People who receive a share link can view the presentation without an account.
Information we collect
Your account
- From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo, plus the account identifier and sign-in tokens Google returns so your Google sign-in stays linked to your iPresent account.
- When you set up your profile: your mobile number, and if you choose to give them, your company and job title.
- If you set a password: we store it only in hashed form, never as you typed it.
- If we invite you: we store your email address with the invitation, before you have signed up.
Content you create
- Presentations: the projects you choose, your notes on them, and the client details you enter, such as a client’s name, budget, preferred number of bedrooms, purpose (own use or investment) and what matters most to them.
- Your brand profile: your display name, logo, colours and the contact details (name, phone, email and website) shown on the presentations you share. Your contact details start as the name, mobile number and email address from your profile and appear on your presentations by default. You can change them, or turn them off under My branding.
- Files you upload, such as your logo and, for staff accounts, project photos, floor plans and documents.
If you enter information about your clients, enter only what you need for the presentation and make sure you are allowed to share it with us.
Share links
When someone opens a share link, we count the view and note the time of the most recent one. The broker who shared the link sees that count and time. We don’t record who opened the link, and viewers are never asked for any information. Views by the broker who created the link, while signed in, aren’t counted. Like every request to iPresent, opening a link can appear in the technical logs described below.
Technical information
- When you sign in, we store your IP address and browser type (user agent) with your sign-in session, to keep your account secure.
- Our servers and Cloudflare, which delivers our pages and files, process technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, the pages and files requested and error details, to run iPresent and protect it from abuse.
Account, billing and admin records
We keep a log of account, billing and administrative events for security, fraud prevention and legal reasons. For example, it records refunds, payment disputes and fraud warnings on your payments (with the payment reference and amount), suspensions of your account and free access given to it, invitations (with the email address invited), and a staff member deleting one of your presentations (with its title and owner).
Payments
When paid subscriptions are on, you pay through Stripe on Stripe’s own secure pages. We never receive or store your card number. We give Stripe your name and email to set up your subscription, and we keep the Stripe references for your customer record and subscription, its status and its renewal date.
How we use it
- To provide iPresent: sign you in, save your presentations and brand profile, show your brand and contact details on the links you share, and produce PDFs.
- To manage your subscription and your access to the app.
- To keep iPresent secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To answer you when you contact us, and to tell you about important changes to your account or to iPresent.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies only to sign you in and keep you signed in. A sign-in session ends after 30 days without use. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t run any analytics tools.
Shared presentations remember on the viewer’s own device (in the browser’s local storage) whether the short on-screen tips have been shown, so they don’t appear again. That stays on the device and isn’t sent to us.
Maps
Maps in the app and in shared presentations are loaded by your browser directly from the map service in use: 2GIS (with satellite imagery from Esri and 3D building data from OpenStreetMap, served by OpenFreeMap), Mapbox, or Google Maps. As on any website that shows their maps, these services receive your IP address and the part of the map being viewed, and handle that under their own privacy policies. Mapbox also counts map loads for its billing, using a random identifier it keeps in the browser’s local storage; we have turned off the performance data Mapbox would otherwise collect.
Who processes your information
We use these providers to run iPresent. They process information on our behalf and only to provide their service:
- Google: sign-in with Google.
- Hetzner: hosting of our servers and database, in Germany (EU).
- Cloudflare: delivery of our pages and files (CDN), and storage of uploaded files.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions, when paid subscriptions are on.
Authorised iPresent staff can access accounts and their content, such as presentations and brand profiles, when needed for support, security and administration.
Your brand profile and the contact details you choose to show are visible to anyone you send a share link to. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or iPresent. Some providers, such as Google, Cloudflare and Stripe, may process information outside the country you are in, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Your account and profile: while your account is open.
- Presentations, brand profile and uploaded files: until you delete them or your account is deleted. Deleting a presentation also deletes its share links and their view counts.
- Sign-in sessions: they expire after 30 days without use. The session record, with its IP address and browser type, is deleted when you sign out, or about a week after it expires.
- Billing records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- The log of account, billing and admin events: as long as needed for security, fraud prevention and legal reasons, including after your account is deleted.
- Technical logs: only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
If your subscription ends, your account and content stay until you ask us to delete them, but your share links stop showing your presentations until your access is back.
Your choices and rights
- You can change your brand profile and contact details, delete presentations, and turn off or set an expiry on share links in the app at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We reply within 30 days.
- Deleting your account removes your profile, presentations, share links, brand profile and uploaded files. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and the log of account, billing and admin events described above, which can include your email address and payment references.
- Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you other rights, such as to object to some uses of your information or to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
iPresent is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, and uploaded files are kept in private storage that is reachable only through iPresent. Each share link uses a long random address. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share links only with the people they are meant for, and turn a link off when it is no longer needed.
Children
iPresent is a tool for professionals and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
